July 1 - Loon Bay (#58)

Gordin and I went out for a mid/late afternoon trip to Loon Bay to practice rolls. I was using the Tahe Greenland and it performed very well. I am getting close to having all the following rolls nailed: standard, static brace, body brace, butterfly, shotgun, arm crook, norsaq, hand and a reverse sweep (forward finishing). I also tried to do a wet exit and a reentry with just my paddle (left paddle float at home), but this was not successful, so I did a rentry and roll, the downside being the pumping after. I also paid a short visit to the Hunter 19 and was able to practice getting in and out of the Tahe Greenland on the water.
